Monday:  Lesson 12-2 p 566 #2-26  evens (wfa)

Tuesday:  Lesson 12-3 p 569 #1-23 odds, 29, 30 (wfa)

Wednesday:  Lesson 12-4 p 574 # 1-20 (wfa) and Self Test #1 p 575 #1-8 (wfa)

Thursday:  Lesson 12-5 p 577 #14-20 evens, 23-27 (wfa) and STUDY for quiz

Friday:  12-1 to 12-5 Quiz  Homework: Lesson 12-6 p 580 #1-9, 12-14 (wfa)

Monday:  Study for Chapter 5 Test  (Remember, all review assignments are due tomorrow.  NO LATE review assignments will be accepted, even with a late homework pass)

Tuesday:  Chapter 5 Test  Homework:  Berry/Simmons  2015 Tournament Test #1-25 and tie breakers (wfa on own paper - due Thursday)

Wednesday:  FIELD TRIP TO THE MOVIES!!

Math Team Field Trip Reminders

1.   Must have on math team shirt and be within dress code policy. Meet in the cafeteria at 9:20.

2.   NO PHONES (students) will be allowed on the trip.  If you are caught with a phone any time during the trip you will go to the office when we return and an office referral for defiance will be written.

3.   Don’t forget to bring money for concessions and/or lunch at Brookwood Mall or your own lunch.

4.   You do not need to bring anything else on the bus.

5.   You must sit with your chaperone and group at the movie.

Thursday:  Complete  "Special Factoring" WS  (wfa)

Friday:  Lesson 12-1 p 563 #2-48 evens (wfa)

Homework Week of January 16

Monday:  NO SCHOOL  MLK Day

Tuesday: Lesson 5-13 p 235-237 #2-28 evens (wfa) and study for 5-9 to 5-13 Quiz  [Extra Credit:  Self Test #4 p 238 # 1-9 (wfa)

Wednesday:    Homework: Ch 5 Test Review WS #1-36 (wf circled problems on own paper - this is for a grade.) and study for quiz

Thursday:  5-9 to 5-13 Quiz  Begin Ch 5 Wall Game (wfa - this is for a grade)

Friday:  Complete Ch 5 Wall game  (Extra Credit Factoring Maze WS - due Tuesday before test - all problems must be completed, with all work shown to receive any extra credit)
               Permission forms and money for field trip are due today.

We still need 2 more chaperones to be able to go on our field trip next Wednesday.

Chapter 5 Test is Tuesday, January 24th.

Monday:  Lesson 5-9 p 222 #2-44 evens (wfa)  Remember, DO NOT use the textbook method to do these problems.  You must use grouping method taught in class.

Tuesday:  taking STAR in class  Homework:Lesson 5-9 (part 2) p 222 #25,  29, 35, 39 (wfa) and p 223 Self Test #3  #1-6 (wfa)

Wednesday:  Lesson 5-10 p 226 #16-60 evens (wfa)

Thursday:  Lesson 5-11 pp 228-229 #16-54 evens (wfa)

Friday:  Lesson 5-12 pp 232-233 #20-48 evens, 49-54 (wfa)


Field trip permission forms will be given out on Wednesday.  Forms and money are due by Friday, January 20th.  We also need 6 parent chaperones to go with us, otherwise we cannot go.  Please indicate on the permission form if you are able to go with us.

Wednesday:  Graphing Calculator Scavenger Hunt (must be completed in class)

Thursday:  Mrs. Baldwin will be working with students to work on their high school four year plan.
